Essential Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
- Total 5+ years of experience and 3 + relevant in Process Automation and Industrial Automation.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Process Automation and Industrial Automation business units.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements for engineering and automation roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews with engineering teams and ensure smooth interview scheduling.
