Role Purpose

Own revenue generation for Novetum across three lines of business:
- Enterprise AI implementations
- B2B AI products / productized services
- Large transformation or managed-delivery engagements as an AI-native alternative to traditional IT services firms

Key Responsibilities
- Design and own Novetum’s sales playbook for taking frontier AI solutions into enterprise accounts, including:
- Target segments
- Messaging
- Account strategy
- Sales stages
- Closing motions
- Build pipeline and win new customers across:
- Anthropic AI implementations
- Alternative AI-stack implementations
- AI recruiting solutions
- AI NDA drafting offerings
- Large AI-led delivery projects
- Report directly to the CEO and participate in core business planning, ensuring alignment between sales strategy and overall company strategy
- Build and manage the initial sales team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management of Account Executives and SDRs




- Translate technical capabilities into transparent business outcomes, especially around:
- ROI
- Speed
- Compliance
- Reliability
- Operational impact
- Create a disciplined, auditable, and repeatable sales process with:
- Strong forecasting
- CRM hygiene
- Weekly pipeline reviews
- Identify and secure lighthouse customers and strategic accounts to build market credibility and create referenceable wins
- Partner with delivery, product, and leadership teams to shape:
- Proposals
- Enterprise implementation scopes
- Long-term account growth strategies
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from:
- Discovery
- Negotiation
- Commercial closure
- Transition to delivery
- Conduct win-loss reviews and continuously refine:
- Positioning
- Objection handling
- Competitive strategy
