We are seeking a passionate Structural Engineer with combined BIM understanding to support and lead design and digital delivery across all project phases. You will work in a team of 130+ professionals in India, collaborating with global experts on building and industrial projects.Our portfolio includes projects such as Copenhagen Airport – Terminal 3 Airside Extension, Recent Bispebjerg Hospital, HOFOR utilities, and LEGO Manufacturing Facilities—reflecting a combination of engineering quality and digital execution.

COWI's Buildings and Industry team in India is rapidly growing and to support the growth we are looking for a Structural Engineer.

Your key responsibilities will be:
• Delivering structural design (feasibility, design basis, detailed design)



for buildings and industrial projects
• Ensuring alignment between design intent and BIM models (LOD and BIM Execution Plans)
• Leading multidisciplinary coordination and resolve interface issues
• Managing and review design and BIM deliverables for quality and compliance
• Planning and controlling activities, resources, and timelines
• Leading and mentoring engineers and BIM modelers
• Tracking progress, manage risks, and meet project KPIs and deadlines
