- Collect and analyze system performance metrics.
- Produce executive and customer-facing performance reports.
- Establish performance baselines.
- Monitor SLA and KPI attainment.
- Support optimization initiatives.
- Identify emerging workload trends.
- Provide analysis supporting PCM and Hardware Planning teams.
