About the Role

Our Economic and Financial Consulting (EFC) team in India supports clients through legal, regulatory and international arbitration matters by providing clear,



evidence-based analysis of complex economic and financial issues. We apply the theory and principles of microeconomics and finance provide advice to clients. We approach problems in a highly structured but practical way, and present complex concepts and data in an understandable manner. We have extensive modelling experience, building robust and relevant econometric and financial models for a variety of uses.

International Arbitration
We provide end-to-end valuation and litigation support, including: determining if a claim is worth pursuing; identifying the correct approaches or methodologies for quantifying damages; evaluating claims in the context of past and future economic damages incurred; and pinpointing the exact type of expertise, evidence and documentation required.

Antitrust & Competition
