PRODUCTION (SUPERVISOR) BHIWADI, India | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Production supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for critical equipment Dryers, Kilns, The ideal candidate will ensure maximum equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety while leading a skilled production team

Qualifications s Skills:
- Diploma in Mechanical/ Ceramic Engineering.
- 0–2 years of mechanical maintenance experience in industrial plants.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Preferably from the refractory industry.

Your role
- Punching daily production activities of reporting.
- Dryer cage loading & unloading.
- Operating dryer with SOP
- Reporting entries in production logbook
- Handover & takeover of product from qc dept.
- Accountability of product loading in kiln & dry.
- Operating kiln with SOP
- Firing cones setup for ladle shroud product
- Documentation & reporting
- Continuous improvement
- 5 s knowledge

Compliance s Safety
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, safety standards, and environmental norms.




- Implement best practices for workplace safety and risk management.
