Lab Incharge- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Physics and Chemistry labs.
- Maintain inventory of chemicals, equipment, and instruments.
- Ensure proper storage and labelling of hazardous materials.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
- Assist faculty and students during practical sessions.
- Prepare experimental setups and demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and training.
- Schedule calibration and servicing of instruments.
- Report and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Keep logs of chemical usage, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
- Prepare reports for audits and inspections.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, or related field
- Hands-on experience with lab instruments and experimental setups.
- Knowledge of chemical handling and disposal procedures.
