About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Transaction & Commercial Analytics professional to own the intelligence layer behind a high-volume, transaction-driven digital commerce platform.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that transaction performance, payment flows, pricing, margins, catalog data, settlement, revenue assurance, and commercial health remain accurate, efficient, and continuously optimized.

This is not a reporting, MIS, or dashboard-focused role. You will work closely with Product, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and senior leadership to identify issues before they impact customers or revenue, uncover hidden business opportunities, and convert data-driven insights into measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, curious by nature,



and comfortable investigating complex business problems across millions of transaction records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transaction Intelligence & Analytics

Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end transaction lifecycles across APIs, e-commerce orders, digital products, rewards/redemptions, payment gateways, refunds, cancellations, settlements, and vendor fulfilment.

Analyze transaction performance to identify failure points, operational bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and customer-impacting issues.

Investigate transaction failures and determine root causes across product, technology, payment, vendor, and operational workflows.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to drive corrective and preventive actions.

Track transaction health and ensure issues are permanently resolved rather than repeatedly monitored.
