Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Executive – Supply Chain Management (SCM) to manage the procurement of electronic commodities and ensure uninterrupted material availability for production. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in electronics commodity buying, MRP planning, ERP systems, supplier management, and Clear to Build (CTB) planning within an EMS environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure electronic commodities, including Integrated Circuits (ICs), passive components, connectors, PCBs, electromechanical parts, and other production materials based on the Bill of Materials (BOM) and production requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and commercial agreements with global suppliers, distributors,



and OEMs to achieve cost optimization and supply continuity.
- Create, release, and manage purchase orders through ERP systems while ensuring timely supplier confirmations and deliveries.
- Ensure Clear to Build (CTB) by maintaining 100% material readiness in alignment with MRP planning and production schedules.
- Monitor and resolve MRP exceptions such as reschedule messages, cancellations, shortages, and excess inventory.
- Develop and maintain material trackers to monitor shortages, supplier commits, open purchase orders, delivery schedules, and CTB status.
- Collaborate closely with Production Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Program Management, and Quality teams to ensure material availability for customer deliveries.
- Conduct BOM analysis and proactively identify long lead-time or critical components that may impact production.
- Drive supplier performance by monitoring delivery adherence, quality, responsiveness, and lead-time
