Job Brief:

The Global Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing direct and indirect tax compliance

across multiple international jurisdictions. This role will coordinate closely with local tax

consultants and advisors to ensure accurate, timely,



and compliant tax filings while supporting

the business with tax planning and risk management.

Job Description:

1. Tax Compliance & Reporting:
- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance across the US, UK, UAE, and Malaysia and
- other countries where the business expands in the future.
- Ensure timely filing of corporate income tax returns, indirect tax (VAT) returns, and other statutory submissions.
- Review tax computations, returns, and supporting documentation prepared by local
- consultants before submission.
- Monitor changes in local tax laws and assess their impact on the business.

2. Coordination with Local Tax Advisors
- Manage relationships with external tax consultants in each operating jurisdiction.
- Ensure deliverables from advisors are accurate, complete, and submitted within statutory deadlines.
