Job Overview
We are looking for a smart and energetic HR Associate to be a part of our Human Resources department. You will be primarily responsible for actively assisting in the entire recruitment process. Besides, you should also be able to assist existing employees with any of their queries.
As an HR Associate, you should be able to contact and communicate with potential candidates by phone or email. Moreover, you should also be able to cross-check candidate details and gather all important documents. Furthermore, you should ensure abiding to the legal guidelines at all times.
To be able to perform in this job role, you should have complete knowledge of best human resources practices and familiarity with various ATS. In addition to this, you should be empathetic and demonstrate good decision-making skills. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- Update our internal databases with recent employee data,



including contact details and employment forms.
- Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants.
- Plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks.
- Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
- Contacting and communicating with potential candidates
- Reviewing candidate resumes and other important details
- Communicating with candidate references to verify candidate details
- Creating, maintaining, and updating potential candidates and employee records
- Drafting and sending employee contracts
- Guiding the candidates in completing all the necessary recruiting formalities
- Collecting and maintaining all candidate and employee documents
- Ensuring that the candidates are informed about the employee benefits and any other details
- Leave and payroll assistance
- Coordinating day-to-day activities with the stakeholders.
