Job Description:
The Senior Analyst is the analytical engine of the sourcing function, responsible for the research, data preparation, and commercial analysis that underpins sourcing decisions across all indirect spend categories. Operating within a fast-paced, Private Equity backed, global technology environment, this role supports the Sourcing Lead in end-to-end sourcing projects by preparing vendor comparisons, benchmarking data, pricing models,



and evaluation materials. The role requires the ability to work across international vendors, multi-currency pricing, and cross-border contracting.
Primary Responsibilities
Sourcing & Commercial Analysis
- Support end-to-end sourcing projects across all indirect spend categories including SaaS, software licensing, IT services, skilled services, marketing, facilities, and corporate services
- Co-ordinate RFx activities (RFI, RFP, RFQ) using the Coupa Sourcing Module or bespoke frameworks as directed by the Sourcing Lead; gather, organise, and validate vendor responses for completeness and comparability
- Maintain evaluation workbooks, pricing models, and commercial comparison tools; conduct should-cost analysis and cost structure breakdowns to support negotiation strategy
- Gather market benchmarking data and competitive pricing intelligence across domestic and international vendors; perform
