Accountabilities
- Lead UI Modernization Initiatives
Drive the migration of legacy UI codebases into newer, scalable platforms (e.g., QT or equivalent).



Use AI‑powered code‑transformation and refactoring tools to accelerate modernization efforts.
- Define Future‑Facing User Experiences
Ensure Lattice EDA tools deliver intuitive, coherent, and productive user experiences across platforms—enabling engineers to design, debug, and optimize FPGA systems with ease.
- Cross‑Functional Architectural Ownership
Translate marketing requirements into UI architecture, UX flows, interaction models, and functional specifications. Own the design intent throughout implementation.
- Mentorship & Technical Leadership
Guide junior UI engineers, promote best practices, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in UI engineering and UX design.
- UX and Visual Design Excellence
Elevate the aesthetic and functional quality of the Lattice EDA suite, including layouts, color systems, iconography, and design patterns that reflect contemporary stan
