- Identifying different sourcing channels for recruitment & driving closures for store manpower including cold calling, self- sourcing, job portals, SMS Blast, Consultant partnership etc..
- Coordinating & conducting first round of interviews to align expectations 4.Salary discussion & finalization of candidates
- Partner with GDMs/Store managers and ensure PAN India store manpower is in place
- Provide recruitment aids (Fliers, Banners, Pamphlets) to all the restaurants as per requirement, support GDMs in Sourcing candidates
- Conduct central recruitment days in various regions ensuring a bench of manpower

Hiring of excessive staff for short duration for months like December, festival season & current product launch




9.Ensure timely hiring of team for New Stores 10.Ensure all on time Attrition replacements 11.On-boarding & Orientation
12Gather all the required documents & share with the on-boarding team for timely employee id creation 13.Ensuring timely on-boarding of the team members with proper checks in place including reference checks
14.Connect with new joiners and conduct periodic orientation programs 15.MIS & Data
16.Working with the HRBP to give regular updates for the TA tracker to be maintained 17.Visit various store locations in Delhi/NCR to ensure hiring process.
18.Partner with HRBP to drive various awareness sessions at the stores including – Attendance Marking, Roster Checking etc…
