Summary:
We are seeking a confident and presentable Field Sales Team Leader for B2B sales in the healthcare domain. This role involves leading a team of field sales executives while actively engaging in field visits across Kolkata to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, medical heads, and key decision-makers, promoting healthcare-related products/services, and driving business growth. This is a pure field-based role suitable for professionals comfortable with daily travel and face-to-face client interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage a team of 10 Field Sales Executives.
- Guide, monitor, and support the team to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers to meet doctors, medical heads, and administrators.
- Promote and present healthcare products/services to B2B clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure deal closures and ongoing client engagement.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and provide performance updates to the reporting manager.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Field Sales (mandatory).
- Comfortable working in a field-based role involving extensive travel within Kolkata.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, well-groomed, and professional in appearance and attitude.
- Ability to interact effectively with doctors and senior medical professionals.
- Capable of handling and managing a team
