The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship-building skills with a data-driven, AI-first approach to pipeline generation and revenue growth.
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will work closely with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to develop strategic sales opportunities, manage complex enterprise buying cycles, and deliver tailored solutions that address business challenges. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contract closure, and account handover.
- Identify, research, and engage high-potential enterprise accounts using AI-powered prospecting, enrichment, and intent-based sales tools.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach, lead nurturing, and account-based selling.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges, business goals, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Deliver compelling solution presentations and coordinate product demonstrations with technical and pre-sales teams.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving IT, HR, Operations, Procurement, and executive decision-makers.
- Prepare commercial proposal
