What will you do?
- In this role, you will be accountable for improving Reliability and availability by supporting early plant startup by quick trouble shooting and executing Shut down on/ before schedule and support SD at other locations as per the requirement
- You will be responsible for analyzing machine data proactively to avoid major breakdowns of machine
- You will coordinate reliability, Center of excellence team and other team for quick troubleshooting
- Further, you will take lead for budgeting annual Plans, R&M; reduction & CAPEX approval for the plants
- You will co ordinate statuary requirements like Role 18, Rule 19 as per factory act 48 and its licensing with government officers
- You will be responsible for FMEA – Failure Mode Effective Analysis, RCA- Root Cause Analysis, EMOC execution for any changes
- And you will ensure maintenance team development by technical training & motivating
- You will support for execution of major/ minor productivity projects
- Also, you will be responsible to day to day
activities of plant maintenance, Standards/ Global directive/alerts
implementation, Machine checklist, maintenance spares procurement , CMMS ( SAP / 7i), Safety
observation and its closure
