Senior Manager - Corporate Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Senior
Manager – Corporate Sales to acquire and grow enterprise accounts across
IT/ITES, GCCs, manufacturing, BFSI, pharma, and emerging sectors. The
individual will build relationships with HR leaders, Benefits Heads, Total
Rewards teams, and Procurement stakeholders, working closely with the Associate
Director/Director to execute regional sales strategy and hit individual revenue
targets.

What You'll Do

â Own individual sales targets and contribute to regional
revenue growth.

â Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and large
enterprise opportunities.

â Identify and acquire current corporate clients through
direct selling and partner ecosystems.

â Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to
closure.

â Engage with HR Heads, Benefits Leaders, CHROs ; position ekincare's platform as a strategic employee benefits solution.





â Understand client challenges around employee health
benefits, OPD, insurance utilization, wellness, and healthcare costs; support
solution design and lead ROI discussions.

â Collaborate with insurance brokers, consultants, TPAs,
insurers, and ecosystem partners.

â Expand presence within existing accounts through
cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

â Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity
tracking; provide periodic account updates to the AD/Director.

â Track competitive landscape and emerging trends in
employee healthcare and benefits.

Desired Candidate Profile

â 4-8 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales selling
employee health benefits, wellness, or OPD to HR Leaders, Benefits Heads, and
corporate decision-makers.

â Demonstrated success in driving 8 - 10 Cr+ annual
revenues.

â Prior experience carrying an individual quota in a
corporate/enterprise sales environment.

â Sound knowledge of sales funnels, comfortabl
