Job Description
Agency Billing
- Reconciliation of billing, cash, and ledger balances
- Completing transaction matching and application of customer payments where needed and resolution of mismatched cash
- Recording any small dollar adjustments in discussion with Customer appointed manager
- Preparation & finalization of carrier payables and settlement support
- Monitoring and escalation of aged receivables and settlement exceptions

Direct Billing
- Reconciliation of carrier statements to internal records including any manual matching where needed
- Recording any small dollar commission adjustments in discussion with Customer appointed manager
- Identification, monitoring and escalation of commission discrepa
