Job Summary: We are seeking experienced ServiceNow SPM Architects and Senior Developers with proven expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading end-to-end SPM implementations for Healthcare organizations, including solution design, configuration, integration, deployment, and optimization.

This role requires deep knowledge of ServiceNow SPM modules, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions that align with healthcare operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions for healthcare clients.




- Define scalable and sustainable ServiceNow SPM architecture aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct discovery workshops and gather business, operational, and portfolio management requirements.
- Design end-to-end solutions leveraging ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.

ServiceNow SPM Implementation
- Implement and configure ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management modules, including:
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Resource Management
- Agile Development
- Innovation Management
- Investment Funding
- Strategic Planning Workspace
- Enterprise Architecture Workspace (preferred)
- Configure workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and automation processes.
- Build dashboards, reports, scorecards, KPIs, and executive portfolio views.
- Support portfolio governance, project lifecycle management, and resource planning processes.
