Must Have

• Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Basic configuration and implementation knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Experience developing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce REST APIs and external
integrations.




• Strong programming knowledge of:
o Apex
o SOQL
o SOSL
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Visualforce
• Experience working with asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future, Scheduled Apex).
• Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and
governor limits.
• Exposure to deployment activities across Salesforce environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering quality solutions.
