This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, IT Integrations.
Responsibility
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance backend services and integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Java/Other OOP language
- Champion "API-led connectivity" by designing and managing the lifecycle of Experience, Process, and System APIs (REST/RAML/OAS)
- Write complex, efficient, and maintainable backend code for core business logic, including advanced DataWeave transformations and custom Java components
- Collaborate with Architects and Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable system designs
- Serve as the technical anchor for the team: mentor junior engineers, conduct rigor
