About the role As a member of the Carrier CFD team, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior CFD Engineer with 10+ years of experience in the HVAC industry to lead advanced simulation and product development activities focused on HVAC Industry.



The candidate should possess strong fundamentals in Fluid Mechanics, Heat & Mass Transfer, Thermodynamics along with extensive hands-on experience in CFD modelling, validation, and design optimization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Solid expertise in chiller design and system engineering (refrigeration cycle, heat exchangers, compressors, hydronics)
- Hands-on experience in chiller performance testing, FAT/FWT, qualification, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in engineering calculations (thermal performance, pressure drop, load matching, component sizing)
- Experience in ETO design and customization based on customer requirements
- Solid understanding of hydronic system design (pump selection, piping, flow balancing)
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (AHRI, ASME, PED, IS)
- Experience in design validation, root cause analysis (RCA), and failure analysis
- Working knowledge of DFMEA, SFMEA, RRCA, and
