What You'll Do:

You'll join the Global Customer Care team, the first point of contact for Criteo customers. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting customers through email and chat, resolving inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and learning how global customer support teams deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Assist the customer care team in managing customer inquiries via email, and chat.
- Understand Criteo's policies & tool and then provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Document and track customer interactions – CRM/Salesforce.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.

This role is based at Gurgaon, India; EMEA Shift 12:30 PM IST - 09:30 PM IST
Internship Duration: 6 months

Who You Are:




- Completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to AI tools and technologies
- Robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus (not a mandatory requirement)
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
