Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, configure, and deploy a contemporary SharePoint Online intranet that serves as a centralized hub for employee collaboration and communication. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to develop department-specific communication sites while ensuring a consistent user experience, effective governance, and an intuitive information architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and build a modern SharePoint Online Intranet Hub Site for the organization.
- Create and configure department-specific communication sites and landing pages.
- Develop a scalable information architecture, including site structure, navigation, metadata, and taxonomy.
- Gather requirements from department stakeholders and translate business needs into effective SharePoint solutions.
- Configure document libraries, web parts, page templates, permissions, and content management processes.
- Establish consistent branding, navigation, and user experience across all department sites.




- Provide recommendations on governance, site ownership, and long-term maintenance.
- Conduct testing, user training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within an accelerated project timeline.

- Proven experience developing and launching SharePoint Online intranets in enterprise environments.
