Noida. Full-time, in office, 5 days a week.
Experience
Open to early-career people, including fresh graduates and strong interns who are good with people and organized. If you have one to three years in outreach, event support, content coordination, or media production support, that is a plus, but it is not required. A bachelor's degree, ideally in media, communications, marketing, English, or a similar area, is nice to have.
About the role
This role has two main parts. The first part is finding and inviting the right delegates and guests for our events,
interviews, and podcast conversations. The second part is helping our media and content work move from plan to finished, published output. You will reach out to people in a warm and honest way, treat them as real contributors, and keep explicit records of who is coming and why. You will also coordinate the many small steps that turn a recording or an event into finished content that is ready to publish and share. Some of the people you invite will be based in the US, Europe, and India, so you will sometimes work across time zones and take part in an occasional evening or night call when an event or recording runs on US time. This is a people-first and organized role. If you enjoy talking to people, writing simple clear messages, and keeping many moving parts on track, you will do well here. It is fine if you are new to this kind of work. We will teach you.
