Job Description
- Create and update vendor master records in ERP systems ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Validate vendor documents such as tax details, bank information, and compliance certificates.
- Process vendor creation, modification, and blocking requests within defined turnaround times.
- Perform basic data quality checks to ensure correctness of vendor information.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to collect missing or incomplete details.
- Follow standard operating procedures and data governance guidelines for all activities.
