Role Summary

The Associate Director, Content Marketing owns the creative communication of the Studios Business slate, shaping campaign strategy while staying hands-on through delivery. The role operates across both the strategic and executional levels: setting creative direction and building high-impact, culturally relevant campaigns across theatrical and independent titles, while also driving the development and management of the full suite of creative assets that bring each campaign to market.

This is a wholesome role that combines two complementary responsibility streams: creative asset ownership across the vertical, and integrated content marketing across the release slate. The role acts as a key bridge across global, regional and creative teams to ensure alignment, consistency and solid audience impact, while continuously simplifying and scaling ways of working, improving turnaround times and maintaining tight cost control without compromising on quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

A. Creative Assets
- Take end-to-end ownership of creative assets within the vertical,



from concept and ideation through to final delivery across on-ground, print, outdoor and digital formats.
- Lead creative ideation and execution of high-impact assets such as metro wraps, outdoor visibility artwork, screening events and invites, translating franchise scale into strong, locally relevant concepts.
- Independently manage creative asset development for individual film campaigns, including artwork, presentations and video edits, ensuring quality, consistency and adherence to global brand guidelines.
- Own the creation and evolution of brand identity work for the Studios Business, including logo identity, brand audio-visual and comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Manage creative production and shoots, overseeing concepts, production and execution, including coordination with talent, influencers and partners.
- Build, structure and continuously optimise creative workflows and approval
