Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and inventory.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the purchase and service departments.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of automobile spare parts.
- Prepare stock reports for management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Stock Control – Track inward and outward materials.
- MS Excel – Prepare inventory reports.
- Documentation – Maintain purchase and stock records.
- Communication – Coordinate with internal departments.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of automobile spare parts.
- ERP/Inventory software experience.
- Basic reporting and analytical skills.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should have 2 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in the automobile industry. Experience in handling stock records, material movement, and store operations is preferred.
