Role Summary
The HR Operations Assistant Vice President (AVP)



leads the delivery of HR Operations services within a Global HR Central Services model, ensuring high-quality, effective, and compliant service delivery across the employee lifecycle. The role acts as an escalation point for complex cases, while driving process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement. The AVP partners closely with HR stakeholders, leads operational execution, and ensures strong risk and control frameworks are maintained.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Lead execution of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Ensure alignment of lifecycle processes with regulatory and business requirements
- Partner with Payroll and HR stakeholders to ensure accurate downstream processing

Severance & Involuntary Termination Operations
- Lead end-to-end severance and involuntary termination operations, ensuring accurate and compliant execution
- Act as the initial escalat
