Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Service Cloud implementation, Application Management Services (AMS), or production support.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting global SAP Service Cloud environments and collaborating with business stakeholders, key users, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide functional support for SAP Service Cloud solutions in a post-go-live AMS setting.
- Support global SAP S/4HANA deployments by maintaining Service Cloud solutions aligned with the global template and local business requirements.
- Manage incidents, service requests, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management while meeting SLA commitments.




- Perform impact analysis, functional testing, and validation for system enhancements, releases, and production changes.
- Monitor system performance and resolve production issues to ensure stable day-to-day customer service operations.
- Support business-critical service processes by ensuring operational continuity and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Service Business Process Owners, key users, and project teams to optimize service management processes.
- Provide functional guidance, end-user support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to drive user adoption and operational excellence.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other enterprise applications.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP Service Cloud, including: Service Requests, Service Tickets, Case Management, Registered Products, Installed Base, Service Contracts, Warranty Managemen
