As a Customer Success Operations Partner, you will serve as the dedicated operational partner to our Customer Success organization, supporting a defined portfolio of strategic customers.

You'll own the operational execution behind billing, order management, service activation, and post-sale service operations, ensuring customers receive a seamless experience while enabling Customer Success Managers to focus on strategic customer relationships.

Working closely with Customer Success, Finance, Order Management, Logistics, and Technical Support,



you'll identify and resolve operational issues that impact customer experience, revenue recognition, and cash flow. Your work will directly contribute to reducing open accounts receivable, accelerating revenue realization, improving operational efficiency, and increasing customer retention.

This role is based out of our Hyderabad office. We operate in an onsite work environment.

What You'll Do

Operational Ownership
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned strategic customers.
- Act as the operational escalation owner for billing, RMA, order management, and support-related issues.
- Own transactional workflows end-to-end, enabling Customer Success Managers to focus on customer outcomes and relationship management.

Service Contract & Billing Operations
- Manage customer service contract lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, suspensions, and RMA-related contract updates.
