Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Strategic Relationship Management




- Represent One GE HealthCare – PDx across multi-year enterprise engagements, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Own executive-level issue resolution and ensure high customer satisfaction across key accounts.
- Deliver operating plan commitments including revenue, growth, margin, cash, and market development objectives.
- Build and sustain solid, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders including C-suite leaders, clinical heads (Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Oncology), Pharmacy, Procurement, and Research teams.
- Lead enterprise account planning, including: Account-specific growth strategies ; Stakeholder mapping and influence networks ; Long-term partnership development
- Drive joint value planning with customers to define shared clinical, operational, and financial goals and KPIs.
