Job Description
- Supervise and manage the kitchen stewarding team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence
- Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules and sanitation protocols to maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, kitchen equipment, and stewarding materials while optimizing costs
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen facilities,



equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and organizational standards
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to kitchen operations
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports on sanitation compliance, inventory usage, and team performance
- Organize and schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage and effective workflow throughout service periods
- Collaborate with kitchen management and other departments to address operational challenges and implement process improvements
- Ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals and cleaning materials in accordance with safety regulations
- Train and educate team members on food safety protocols, equipment operation, and best practices in kitchen stewarding

Qualifications
- Proven experience in kitchen stewarding, food service operations, or related hospitality
