Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design.
- Proactive mindset:
You don't wait to be told what to do — you take ownership, spot problems, and solve them.
- Strong understanding of the core design process, user-centred thinking, and practical problem-solving.
- Proficiency in standard 3D design software (SolidWorks, Fusion, Creo, Rhino), rendering tools (KeyShot or Blender), and graphic software (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- AI-tool fluency: Comfortable leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, visual generation, automation workflows) to speed up research, ideation, and design iteration.
- Basic understanding of design documentation and rapid prototyping.
