Job Description

What Does Success Look Like

We are looking for a Product Designer with 4–7 years of experience, or equivalent practical experience, designing thoughtful digital products in quick-paced environments. In this role,



you will help design next-generation enterprise software experiences using Sprinklr’s design system, AI-first workflows, and emerging agentic design patterns, where software can understand user intent, recommend next steps, support human oversight, and help users move from insight to action more efficiently. You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and senior design partners to create clear user flows, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interaction models that are intuitive, trustworthy, accessible, and scalable.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in product design and can show practical experience through SaaS or enterprise product work, startup or agency experience, internships, campus placements, academic projects, bootcamps, freelance work, or other equivalent paths.
