About this Role





We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to join a cloud-native insurance platform engineering team supporting digital and embedded insurance solutions. This role is suited to an individual with robust expertise in long-term life and funeral insurance systems, product ownership, and modern software delivery practices. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business objectives and engineering execution, translating complex insurance requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications. Working within an agile environment, they will collaborate with architects, engineers, compliance stakeholders, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient AWS-based platforms aligned to South African regulatory requirements and customer-centric outcomes.
