Performance Test Engineer

Role: Performance Test Engineer / Performance Test Lead

Experience: 5–12 Years

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute end-to-end performance testing strategies including load, stress, and endurance testing.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools like JMeter (mandatory), LoadRunner, and Neoload.
- Analyze test results,



identify performance bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights.
- Perform performance analysis across application, database, and infrastructure layers.

- Conduct early performance testing to ensure application scalability and stability.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders/clients.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with JMeter (mandatory); exposure to LoadRunner, Neoload.
- Experience working with APM tools such as Dynatrace (mandatory), AppDynamics, Splunk, Current Relic, Wily.
- Good understanding of protocols: Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services, SAP Web, SAP GUI, True Client, Mobile protocols.
- Experience testing applications built on.NET, Java, SAP GUI/Web, MQ, etc.
