This evergreen opportunity is designed to build a pipeline of technical talent for current and future Scientist and Senior Scientist positions within our Technology organization in India.
What You'll Do
As a Scientist or Senior Scientist, you will contribute to the development, optimization, and commercialization of cutting-edge coating technologies while working closely with customers, Operations, Technical Service, and Commercial teams.
Product Development & Formulation
- Develop and optimize coatings formulations, including primers, topcoats, and specialty products, to meet customer and market requirements.
- Apply knowledge of coatings, resins, pigments, additives, and curing chemistries to solve technical and business challenges.
- Design and execute formulation development programs based on customer specifications and performance requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, performance, and manufacturing efficiency.
Technical Evaluation & Testing
- Conduct laboratory testing and performance evaluations according to established test methods and product specifications.
- Prepare paint samples, panels, and laboratory evaluations to support development projects and customer programs.
- Utilize analytical testing methods to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
