The Specialist, Creative Production role provides creative production support to the AGCO Aftersales Marketing Services team by adapting, resizing, versioning and localising approved creative assets for use across multiple brands, markets, audiences and channels.
The role works from creative direction and assets provided by the Senior Specialist, Creative Content. It supports efficient delivery of campaign and marketing materials by producing accurate, asset adaptations for global print and digital deployment.
The role requires strong practical knowledge of artworking, layout adaptation, resizing, file preparation, version control, localisation and production-ready artwork. It also requires a working understanding of brand application,
campaign asset structures, print and digital specifications and approval processes.
Your Impact
- Artwork Adaptation & Production Create, resize, version, localize, and adapt approved creative assets across multiple brands, markets, languages, formats, and channels.
- Brand & Quality Compliance Ensure all assets follow AGCO corporate identity, brand guidelines, templates, and quality standards, with thorough checks before delivery.
- Localization Management Accurately apply market-specific content, translations, legal text, currency, imagery, product references, and format requirements.
- Production File & Process Management Prepare production-ready files, maintain version control, organized file structures, naming conventions, and support productive reviews and handovers.
