Datadog AIOPS – Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Datadog AIOPS responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of DataDog AIOps deployments, including installation, configuration, integration, maintenance, and upgrades. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying use cases, implementing best practices, and ensuring maximum value realization from the platform.





The candidate should possess strong troubleshooting capabilities, the ability to work across cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth operations aligned with defined ITOps success criteria.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, integrate, and manage DataDog Event Management solutions.
- Support the full lifecycle of DataDog AIOps implementation and optimization.
- Identify use cases and recommend best practices to enhance platform value.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently across environments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure stable and efficient operation of monitoring and event management systems.

Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Robust experience in DataDog implementation, integration, and development.
