Job Description – Junior HR Executive (Generalist)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR documentation, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HRMS, compliance, and be proficient in Advanced Excel and AI-powered productivity tools to improve HR efficiency and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation.
- Prepare HR letters and other employee-related documents.
- Maintain employee records and update HRMS accurately.
- Handle end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) processes.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline HR documentation, reporting, and routine administrative tasks.

Employee Lifecycle
- Support employee confirmations, resignations, exit formalities,



and Full & Final (F&F;) documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Resolve day-to-day employee HR queries.

Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain employee compliance records and track pending documents.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, trackers, and MIS using Advanced Excel.
- Ensure HR documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
- Analyze HR data and generate insights to support decision-making.

Requirements

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, IF formulas, Data Validation, basic dashboards, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Word and Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar) for documentation, drafting, reporting, and productivity enhancement.
