Responsible for achieving Business development (sales) target and maximise team performance and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements
Achieving Sales Target

To ensure that targeted sales numbers achieved as per business development (sales) plan. New Business development with the ratio 20% Government Sector Projects and 80% Private Sector projects.

To create quality leads by developing direct or indirect channels Need to develop minimum of 25% of top line (Business volume) every year with net profitability of minimum 5%

To follow up and take generated lead to a logical closure with proper documentation and system updation. To prepare MIS Report on the basis of Business Development activities on monthly basis and submit it to the Management on 2nd day of every month

To Achieve the Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly targets as decided by Management.

To develop and maintain channel partners (sources/clients database/ Govt officers) for achieving sales target

Sales Planning





To ensure site upkeep by taking full ownership and enable superior levels of customer experience at sales sites.

To keep abreast with relevant competition and their activities including

cost and present the same periodically to top management

Need to take complete Responsibility of New Tender Bidding and End to end responsibility of existing Govt. Tender undertaken by SKSPL. To Liaison with various departments as and when required.

To ensure market research and competitor analysis activities are conducted and market intelligence percolated down to the team.

Focus on recent business development of Pan India

Focus on current business development of various Projects specially for Airports, etc..

Focus on new business development of Manpower, Housekeeping Security and NAPS segment and Payroll Outsourcing. Need to bring new business from Govt. Sector, Retail sector. Mall, Manufacturing Industries IT companies (Software, KPO/ BPO), Banking sector, Insurance sector, etc
