We are looking for a Global Sales Leader who can build, lead, and scale Lera’s international sales charter and revenue engine.

What You Bring
- 12–18 years of experience in global IT services / SaaS sales leadership
- Proven track record of closing and owning large enterprise deals ($2M–$4M+)
- Strong exposure to US, Middle East, and European markets
- Deep understanding of:
- Data & Analytics platforms
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)




- AI-led digital solutions
- BFSI / Enterprise IT ecosystems
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders globally
- Robust leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working across global time zones

Desired Skills
- Prior experience building global sales teams or practices
- Strong network with enterprise decision-makers
- Experience working in growth-stage IT services / product firms
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Strategic mindset with strong hunter–farmer balance

Your Role
As a Global Sales Leader, you will own global revenue strategy and execution, with responsibility for building pipelines, closing large enterprise deals, and expanding strategic accounts across international markets.
