About the Role
As a SiteOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents and bugs across TD SYNNEX digital platforms. You’ll combine hands-on technical skills with strong incident and stakeholder management, ensuring issues are triaged, investigated, communicated and resolved, with the underlying aim to prevent a re-occurance.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, DevOps, Security, QA, and Business teams,



acting as a key operational representative within the Digital Business unit. This role can be based anywhere in Europe or APJ (subject to local hiring entity).

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage incidents, ensuring correct triage, prioritization, investigation and resolution within SLAs
- Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate with architects and developers on technical solutions for bugs
- Ensure P1–P4 incidents are tracked, managed, and resolved within agreed SLAs
- Identify recurring issues and platform trends to reduce incident volume and improve reliability
- Act as change lead for bug fixes and operational improvements
- Maintain high-quality incident and backlog management, ensuring accurate reporting and data hygiene
- Mentor and support other SiteOps team members
- Build strong working relationships with Security, DevOps, QA, Development, UX, Architecture, and Business teams
