What Does Success Look Like

We are looking for an India-based Product Designer II with 2–4 years of relevant product design experience in software, SaaS, enterprise platforms, startups, agencies, freelance product work, internships,



campus placements, academic projects, bootcamps, or equivalent practical experience. In this role, you will contribute to enterprise software experiences using Sprinklr’s design system, AI-first workflows, and emerging agentic design patterns, where software can understand user intent, recommend next steps, and help users move from insight to action more efficiently. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, QA, senior designers, design systems, and global stakeholders to create user flows, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interaction models that are intuitive, trustworthy, accessible, and easy to use.
