Associate Project ManagerSummary of the Role

As an Associate Project Manager, you will help coordinate projects that support test and production environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver projects while ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

In This Role You'll / Your Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities through planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery using Amadeus Project Management methodologies.
- Support project governance by identifying and tracking risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and project scope.
- Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including Project Management Plans, schedules, status reports, and project reviews.
- Build and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating project status meetings and steering committee discussions.
- Contribute to project reporting, budget tracking, invoicing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to support successful project outcomes.





About the Ideal Candidate
- Experience supporting or coordinating projects within a technology, operations, or business environment.
- Understanding of project management principles, project lifecycle activities, and risk management practices.
- Ability to organize information, solve problems, and contribute recommendations to support project objectives.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while seeking guidance and collaborating with colleagues when appropriate.
