Position: Sales Engineer / Executive – Business Development (PEB)

Experience: 2 to 5 Years in PEB / Structural Steel / Industrial Construction Industries

? Job Purpose

To drive business growth by identifying, pitching, and securing Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) project contracts from industrial, commercial, and warehousing sectors across the assigned regional territory.

? Roles and Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify new project opportunities for PEB warehouses, factory sheds, multi-story buildings, and commercial complexes.
- Map upcoming industrial zones (such as MIDCs in Pune, Nashik, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, and logistics hubs near Mumbai/Bhiwandi).
- Network with key stakeholders including industrial architects, structural consultants, PMC (Project Management Consultants), turnkey contractors, and corporate clients.




- Conduct cold calls, site visits, and face-to-face meetings to build a robust pipeline of active enquiries.

Technical Sales & Estimation Support
- Understand technical drawings and structural requirements shared by clients or consultants.
- Coordinate with the internal design and estimation team to prepare accurate techno-commercial proposals based on structural loads, wind speeds, and clear spans.
- Explain technical perks of the company’s PEB systems (e.g., steel grade, durability, cost-efficiency, faster erection times) over conventional civil structures to non-technical clients.

Negotiation & Closure
- Present proposals and negotiate commercials, payment terms, and delivery schedules to successfully close contracts.
- Conduct technical presentations to client technical committees or decision-makers to handle objections and build trust.
