The Sr. Associate – Client Delivery – Create is responsible for executing day-to-day service delivery tasks for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion in a fast-paced workplace. Key responsibilities include managing templates and assets, updating platforms, and supporting print and fulfillment activities such as order processing and inventory management. The role also involves coordinating technical and creative projects, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining clear communication across internal teams and clients. Additional duties include creating and maintaining client documentation, training materials, and tracking project time for accurate forecasting and billing. This position is based in India and supports U.S. business hours (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST).Duties/Responsibilities
- Responsible for execution on day-to-day deliverables – template and assets management, platform updates etc. on assigned accounts accurately and on-time
- Responsible for execution of print / fulfillment - client deliverables, order processing,



and inventory management on assigned accounts accurately and on-time
- Responsible for aspects of assigned technical and creative projects, including coordination where applicable, execution, troubleshooting, quality, and clear communication across all touchpoints
- Proactively identify issues and escalate quicky to your manager help support troubleshooting and resolution as assigned.
- Create and maintain accurate client documentation, including timelines, status reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain client training and knowledge materials (e.g., job aids, FAQs, process maps) to support clients and end users.
- Active participation in internal calls, reviews, and working sessions, capturing action items and ensuring follow-through.
- Track and record work time against projects to support accurate forecasting and billing.
