ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a high-energy, proactive Business Development skilled with a "Hunter" mindset to join our growth engine for India and Asia.

In this role, you will lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and targeted outreach initiatives to identify, engage, and qualify enterprise prospects for our SAP services and solutions.

Working closely with our Marketing team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you will execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Events) to build a robust pipeline and book qualified meetings for sales leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Target Account Research and ABM Execution
- Account Intelligence: Identify, research, and profile ideal enterprise and mid-market target accounts and key decision-makers (C-suite, IT, and Functional Leaders)
- ABM Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing and SMEs to execute personalized Account-Based Marketing campaigns tailored to target enterprise needs.




- Multi-Channel Prospecting and Outreach
- Multi-Touch Campaigns: Initiate and manage outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and virtual/in-person event follow-ups
- Content Engagement: Leverage relevant thought leadership, whitepapers, and industry insights created with SMEs to engage high-value prospects.
- Relationship Building: Establish strategic connections with external prospects and regional SAP Account Executives (AEs) to discover co-selling and partner-led opportunities
- Pipeline Development and Sales Handoff
- Lead Qualification: Nurture outbound and inbound leads through the funnel until they meet defined qualification criteria.
- Meeting Generation: Schedule pre-qualified meetings for Sales Leadership with key stakeholders.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of outreach activities, account intelligence, and pipeline stage progress within our CRM.
